Our Papa has told me he lost 4 pounds, without exercising, in the last two weeks.
I am not sure I should be super proud of this, loosing weight hadn't been a goal. I am afraid to step on the scale myself, I probably gained his four, plus a few of my own.
Genetics SUCK.
But to make sure that I continue with the meal plan, 21 days Vegetarian, here is what you will be seeing in the coming week, not necessarily in this order.
